2.   Our Policy: Strikes300ProShop.com is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or for a refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging.

The following products may NOT be returned:

1. Used Merchandise
   
2. Special/Custom Orders (to include drilled balls)

This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. advance. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.).

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Strikes300ProShop.com. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.

2b. Return Policy: Customer has 30 days from the date of the order to return an item. The product must be returned in its original box and packed inside of a protective shipping box. All items returned, including those that were marked as or shipped as FREE SHIPPING at the time of purchase, will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items being returned for exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped. (*See Shoe/Bag Protection below.)

2c. Shoe Policy: Please try on your new shoes on a DRY CLEAN SURFACE, to make sure they fit correctly. We CANNOT exchange shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. SHOES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

* See Shoe Protection option below. Purchasing "Shoe Protection" at the time of purchase will eliminate all costs, to you, of returning the new shoes that do not meet your satisfaction to Strikes300ProShop.com and having new shoes sent to you.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold: Strikes300ProShop.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Strikes300ProShop.com except as stated herein. Including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. YOU AGREE that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Strikes300ProShop.com arising from any product sold on this site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Strikes300ProShop.com, its employees or representatibes be liable for any damages related to either the product sold or use of said product.

3b. Limitation of Liability Site Errors/Typos: Strikes300ProShop.com reserves the right to correct these errors on this web site, emails, banner ads or any other web related media. Strikes300ProShop.com shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content, or use of  this site. YOU AGREE that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages—including but not limited to compensatory, incidental, or punitive damages.

4.  Warranty: Warranty terms are established by the original product manufacturer and are subject to their discretion. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products. This information can also be found on the manufacturers web sites. Should you find your product to be defective and you want to file a warranty claim, it will be your responsiblity to pay for shipping and insurance costs to return it to Strikes300ProShop.com or to the manufacturer's warehouse. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, Strikes300ProShop.com will ship you a new product at no charge to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In the case where a suitable replacement can not be located, you will receive a refund equal to the original price paid for the product.

*Please see Extra Warranty Protection for the purchase of bowling bags and bowling shoes (item #5b below), which will eliminate all costs for returning the item under protection. If you do not excersise either of these options on these particular products, then the terms and conditions specified above will apply.

5.   Shoe/Bag Protection: For all purchases of shoes and bowling bags, you may purchase "Shoe or Bag Protection" as defined below. Note: If you choose not to purchase the additional "Shoe or Bag Protection" then the standard terms and conditions, as specified in this document, will apply.

5b. Shoe/Bag Protection Description: By purchasing "Shoe or Bag Protection" at the time of purchase you will eliminate any associated costs of returning shoes or bags that do not meet your satisfaction upon receipt and having a replacement item sent to you. Shoe and/or Bag Protection also eliminates these costs with regard to claims for defective merchandise covered under the manufacturer's warranty. "Shoe or Bag Protection" may not be purchased after the shoe or bag has been shipped. This is good for one return and reshipment only. Note: Customer has 30 days from order date to request exchange on NEW bag or shoes. *Only available to customers shipping within the continental U.S.A.

Order Acceptance Notification: Strikes300ProShop.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept decline, or void your order for any reason.  (For questions related to pricing, prior to placing an order, please contact Strikes 300 Pro Shop at 1-317-773-7234. Strikes300ProShop.com also reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

7. Payment Methods: Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Strikes300ProShop.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Choice of Law; Jurisdiction and Venue: You Agree that all issues or disputes arising from sales from this website "Strikes300ProShop.com" or any legal action brought against this site, shall be governed by laws of the State of Indiana. Jurisdiction and Venue shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in the State of Indiana. No claims may be made in any other court.
