By purchasing "Shoe Protection" at the time of purchase you will eliminate any associated costs of returning or bags that do not meet your satisfaction upon receipt and having a replacement item sent to you. "Shoe Protection" also eliminates the costs with regard to claims for defective merchandise covered under the manufacturer's warranty. "Shoe Protection" may not be purchased after the shoe(s) has been shipped. This is good for one return and reshipment only. Note: Customer has 30 days from order date to request exchange on NEW shoe. *Only available to customers shipping within the continental U.S.A.
Please try on your new shoes on a DRY CLEAN SURFACE, to make sure they fit correctly. We CANNOT exchange shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. SHOES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
